I've discovered how to run Unity of Command in a lower resolution than
your natural screen size. This will give you a bit of a zoom if unit
icons and text are too small for you (as they are for me).
However, if you have LCD (who doesn't) image will be blurred somewhat
because you won't be in your native resolution and monitor will have to adapt.
Anyway...
1) Find the config.json file. This is located in
C:\Users\YourNameHere\AppData\Roaming\Unity of Command
2) Make a backup copy of this file before editing it!!!
3) Open this file with a text editor and find an entry that says something like:
"fullscreen": {
"f": true,
"h": 0,
"w": 0
},
4) Insert any values you'd like for h (height) and w (width) as long
as your display supports that resolution
5) Restart Unity of Command

Re: Full Screen in Lower Resolution
For you Mac users out there, the file is located in the following spot:
user/Library/Application Support/Unity of Command/config.json
user/Library/Application Support/Unity of Command/config.json
