When selecting a target for air attack the modifiers are hidden under objective names. I think it'd be more useful for the modifiers to be on top.

After verifying the files in steam the error still occurs. Here are new logs.

I attempted to load a completed campaign in the testing branch to see what scenarios I had already played. Other saved games load normally.
