No worries, I'm enjoying the experience thoroughly, and you've been quick with the updates! Still on my first playthrough (on Normal) - I will gladly play it all again after finishing to see all the changes in effect.

Sorry, the scenario I meant was Advance to Antwerp, of course. (It's quite a race too ) It's the same river there.

Just to give myself a pat on the back, I managed to complete both alternative Italian scenarios on the first try! With bonus objectives, except for Pula. I'm glad this choice didn't turn into a Normal difficulty campaign disaster.

Ah crap :/ I just unknowingly made this same mistake yesterday.
As for reverting, I think a sensible option would be the chance to reset to the beginning of each conference.
