Counters mod

IMPORTANT: As soon as the new "Black Turn" launches I will be making a new thread which will contain all three counters mods (thats right - a third one will be ready the instant the new expansion launches :)). There will also a "complete" version - so that seperate downloads are not required for those who have both expansions and just want 'em all anyway.


THIS THREAD IS NOW UP AND I WILL NO LONGER BE KEEPING THIS ONE UP-TO-DATE!!! SO HEAD OVER TO THE NEW ONE: viewtopic.php?f=37&t=2282



This MOD only works with the base game. Click here for the counters mod for Red Turn. You will need both mods if you want the counters for both the base game and expansion.

Installation:
-Unzip files
-Place the two folders directly into your UoC directory and overwrite when prompted.
-Thats all there is to it.

Yay, more counters... :)

Nenad posted a script that renames the files somewhere on the matrix games forums (in the modding subforum). That should help.

1.02 is up - and is probably the final version.

-Corrected folder name of unit_rot (was called unit_rot2) :oops:
-Minor visual tweaks

Okaaay - one more version - be sure to report any wishes or bugs :)


1.03 Changelog:
-New and improved Jäger-Division counter
-Two versions now (see description in OP)
-Removed two unnecessary batchfiles

I didn't think this was going to work for the Mac version of the game, but it did! I like the original busts, but the wargamer in me had a want for Nato symbols.

I really dont have time for this, but it is indeed a fun game.

Please put a NATO counters mod out for the DLC because the little toy soldiers and tanks are a deal-breaker for me. I really detest those tiny heads a lot.

detest is a big word, but I agree somewhat.. The game is much more playable for me with symbols instead of figurines. I tried replacing a few icons myself, but there are a lot of them, and it looks like a great deal of work to get those right..

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum and to the game.
Those counters look very nice. I tried to dl the files without success.

It's weird because the links seems to be active but Gamefront keep sending the wrong files.
Any help would be appreciated.
