Re: Feature request: Classic Campaign
I'm going to go ahead and resurrect this old thread of mine after playing through both DLCs (really enjoyed Barbarossa btw:)). I still think this is a good idea even though my original post comes across a bit whiny. A light weight mode for the campaigns where you don't need to bother with conference...

Re: Bonus Rewards and "Chess Game"
I wouldn't mind one DLC experimenting with removing turn limits for all objectives. This might make the OCD crowd happier but what I like about it is that it would make the intended strategy less obvious. Now I usually look at turn limits when planning my advance instead of studying the map. On the ...

Re: Strategy for Cards and HQ
I'd say just ignore cards in conferences and focus spending prestige on HQ upgrades that seem useful, for example not being able to cross major rivers will make some scenarios difficult later on in the main campaign. Upgrading your HQs, buying specialist steps for your units and most importantly, le...

Re: Bravado - A Greco-Italian War Micro-Campaign (Beta)
Excellent mini-campaign! Any chance Steam workshop could handle user made campaigns? This needs more exposure.
One step specialist nations could really use some artillery in their engineer steps. They're quite useless compared to the bersaglieri here.

Re: Campaign Cards list
Is there a way to see this information in the GUI during a scenario? If not, I think it should be visible so that the player can decide if the bonus objective is worth going for.

Re: Blitzkrieg DLC Historical Path - Thoughts & Suggestions
Regarding "5. Army HQ vs Panzer HQ.". I like that the Panzer HQ needs to stay closer to the action but I think it would work much better if it could move AND THEN give orders in a single turn. I hardly ever go to use Recon in force and counter-atttack because of the range limitation.

Re: Unable to use activate motorpool via card in blitzkrieg campaign
Well, PzG K could motorize it's infantry just like the allies. Only problem was that PzG K had no infantry, at least not in the alternative history campaign:)

Re: My thoughts on Unthinkable
I wrote a longer post that didn't make it for some reason... I also thought Unthinkable was a bit too big for my taste at first and posted about it a few monts ago, but I've changed my mind after playing it now five times (standalone normal, classic and hard and then campaign classic and hard). Opti...

Re: A few suggestions
Many good points here, I especially like the idea of risking casualties when using set-piece attack. I'm with funky_trader regarding AI reinforcement, although I think the deployment zones should be larger (that goes for player naval deployment zones too). Sure, in Market Garden it is a bit extreme ...
