Is this scenario still available somewhere? I tried to DL it and got the message that it had been deleted.

Re: Attack & Movement
Sometimes its a good idea to weaken a unit with infantry to allow the more powerfull armour/mech/mot units to overrun and then breakthrough. I've played that way, and that tactic definitely has its place. However, recently I have begun turning that around. I use armored or other powerful units to w...

Re: Black Turn DLC Announced
Are we going to need to be on Steam in order to play? As always, Steam is entirely optional. You can play without it as before. Good! Thank you. I got tripped up when I bought Civ5 recently and found that I couldn't even load it off the disk without having Steam present and open. Much consternation...

Re: Black Turn DLC Announced
Are we going to need to be on Steam in order to play? That would kill it for me as I do not wish to have anything to do with Steam.

Re: My pitch for UoC DLC Asia campaign
I would be interested to see all of the above suggestions acted upon. I've previously stated my interest in the theaters contained in Ironmike's suggestion, but I would be very interested to take a look at the CBI theater. Back in the 1970s GDW brought out a paper game on Burma that was pretty good,...

Re: Question for the developers
Wouldn't that be a bit boring? Well, the first year would be exciting, because it's all about manoeuvre warfare. Entire armies constantly on the march trying to outflank and encircle one another. There was a fair amount of maneuvering in Rumania, Russia, and Northern Italy during the mid-to-late ye...

Re: [RT]Barbarossa 06.07. - 23.07.41
Played this one too, managed once again to clear the final target on the final turn, then found I had run out of units able to take it. Played this last night and the same thing happened to me. This scenario is fun, but very, very hard to win. I wouldn't object to the length being extended one more...

Okay. I think I can imagine that WEGO represents programming challenges not present in IGOUGO.

Re: Barbarossa?
I would very much hope to see this game system or some variant of it used to depict other theaters of the war. Other theaters will appear in our next game, to be announced sometime after this final DLC. Too many changes to the game system are required for those, so that it can't be fit into just a ...
