Where is the manual?

Just got the game on Steam. Where is the manual? Can't seem to locate it among the game files...

I have the same question! The tutorials keep referring to the manual for details, but I haven't found it.

It's on the Steam store page for UOC II - on the right hand side box - but I am attaching it here
