The community scenarios I take it? You just download them and then place them as they are in the right folder:

for windows 7 usually C:/Users/your user name/appdata/roaming/Unity of Command/user/scenarios

EDIT: appdata may be a "hidden" folder depending on your settings

Thank you for your response but when I hit the download key it asks for which program should open the file--the default is Adobe and it will not open it---thanks again

No worries

There is no need to open the file: Just say no/cancel to opening it. Find the file in your download folder and move it to above mentioned destination.

When you launch UoC the new scenario will be available through the "User scenarios" menu.
