December 10th it says on steam and I read it several times here, probably on the blog.

As always, Steam is entirely optional. You can play without it as before.

I think that they will but they also want to make a new game system that would suit those smaller fronts. So a new game rather then DLC.


Also does anyone know if there will be any changes to the rules (like the minor ones in RT) for Black Turn?

Hello guys! Regards for the great work you've done with this game - I just bought UoC + Red Turn via Gamersgate and I'm pretty amazed The first thing for tommorow is buying the better DLC - "The Black Turn"! Best of wishes from Bulgaria

Black Turn releases on our site tomorrow (Tuesday), Dec 10th, noon GMT (1pm Europe, 7am New York).

It goes live on Steam a few hours later, as they are on US Pacific time.
