I know I'm nitpicking here, but it should be represented by a 35t rather than a PzII, I believe.

I think it's fair to say that the 35t was light enough that the lower stats are appropriate for this unit.

We only use different unit models for a one division type when different stats are required. On our divisional scale I only found it reasonable to grant this to the 7th and 8th PzDs because of their very high proportion of (czech) "medium" tanks.
