Can't load user created scenario

I have downloaded several user created scenarios. Some will not load after I have selected them and pressed start. I get this error message:
"[dlc missing] redturn " - or sometimes it states, blackturn.

Please help.

Hi baerstine!

Some user created scenarios require the maps and units from the Red Turn or the Black Turn DLC and won't load if you don't have the required DLC installed.

DLC stands for DownLoadable Content, it's an addon/expansion pack for the base game.

Red Turn is a Soviet, and Black Turn Axis campaign.
