How do I add a community scenario. I have downloaded some and added them to the scenario folder but they do not show up in game under user scenarios. CaIs there a scenario editor for the stalingrad campaign game

Note that most of the scenarios available on our "Community Scenarios" page require the Red Turn DLC. If you don't have it, the game will complain about the missing DLC.

Any idea where I can find custom scenarios for the Stalingrad Campaign version of the game ?
