The game crashed on my turn. I was able to finish the scenario after restarting the game.

Hi, one line in the log suggests that a game file has been corrupted.
Can you please verify integrity of game files (the game's installation on your drive) and report if it found anything. This is how:

OK it was worth a try. 
I will "harden" the section of the code that crashed, so nothing similar happens in the future. It should be up on Steam in 2-3 weeks time, when we start testing the new update.
