Hi,

Just tried the Alpine Redoubt scenario (as part of the west_normal) and you don't seem to be able to capture the Eagle's Nest.

I know you need mountain units, but even they didn't seem to be able to move onto the hex from any adjacent hex

Thanks for pointing this one out. The problem is that all your units are mobile, since you used a truck card to give them the motor pool ability. Mobile units cannot move into mountain hexes.

I have stumbled upon the same problem myself while playing and it's on the TODO list, but it's not ready for this update.

We'll discuss if we should adjust the content in some way as a temporary measure or simply wait it out until the full fix is done. This will probably come in the shape of an option to give up your motor pool - but I'm still thinking about where wxactly to put it in the UI.

That objective can still be captured if you have a recon specialist for your unit. As the unit equipped with it can clear adjacent hexes too. The objective gave me nightmare though, 3 times I managed to get there 2 turns earlier before "deadline" and I could not figure out why my infantry could not move into mountainous terrain. Same thing was also problematic in "rush to Apennines" scenario as motorized infantry could not cross the alps.
