Unlock Zitadelle

Simple question. How do you unlock Operation Zitadelle (Battle of Kursk)? Do you have to complete the Stalingrad campaign as axis or soviet?

You don't need to unlock it. Just go to Scenarios, choose Red Turn and scroll down. You should find it there.
