User scenarios

Unread postby Jive1280 » Thu May 14, 2015 10:08 pm

Hi folks, I have downloaded some user made scenarios to my desktop - but where do I have to put them in order to be able to play them? All I can find online is
WINDOWS Vista / 7 / 8:
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Unity of Command\

If I go into C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\ using Windows Explorer I see no directory called AppData.

EDIT: If I boot up the game and go into the load user made scenarios option - then go back one directory and go into user/scenarios I can drag the scenarios from my desktop into the folder I can now somehow see, and this works. Not obvious is it? Is this the way it has to be done? No sticky to explain this or have I missed something?

Cheers,
Chris

Appdata is a hidden folder, so you need to change your settings in windows accordingly :).

I realise that now - but it took me 20 minutes to work it out . Just wondering if I missed some instructions somewhere on the forum?
If there aren't any it would help to have a sticky. Seems strange that a hidden folder can be seen via the game option but not Windows Explorer?

Cheers,
Chris
