Good news. I just saved screenshots of my receipts with Gamersgate and of the game sitting on my account there. I guess some kind of proof of purchase will be needed.

This game appeals to me as I play war games in the form of board games. I have a discount at Gamers Gate but they do not provide me with a Steam key. If I were to buy the game from Gamers Gate, would I be able to get a Steam key (I only buy games available on Steam, unless the circumstance is high... i.e. GW2)? I would buy the game, if I could get a Steam key, also.

It is cheaper for me on Gamers Gate, or I would have already purchased it on Steam. Thanks, though. I only ask because this thread is about getting Steam keys. Otherwise, I'll wait for a future sale of 50 or 75% before I blind buy a game.

I'd like to get the Steam key as well. I've loved playing through this game and would like to be able to have it on Steam and purchase the DLC when it comes out.

Bought UoC a long time back and of course I'm not adverse to having games out of steam but I do prefer to have a central location. Steam just happens to be that, with Origin, Desura, Gamersgate, GoG and GMG as side ones.

I would imagine what will happen is that you are able to put your current serial for the game in and then a steam key will be assigned to you. I hope so anyway
