UOC 2 Starts on 1 Monitor & then also displays on 2nd

Setup - Win 10, i3-9100, GTX1650
After having played UOC 2 for a couple of weeks - suddenly - when I load up UOC on 1 monitor - it also displays on 2nd monitor
Please note - I do NOT have Duplicate These Displays enabled in Win 10 Settings
Please see screenshots - 1 screenshot shows UOC startup screen on 1 monitor while the 2nd screenshot shows the second monitor with a normal Win desktop and the 3rd screenshot shows UOC startup screen on the 2nd monitor
I must have changed some setting inadvertently - and BTW - the game plays fine if I disconnect the 2nd monitor
