When trying to start the game (from steam) I get the following error message:


Ive tried reinstalling the game and verifying game files integrity.

Hi, this is indeed the latest Nvidia driver, however, it reports that it does not support S3 texture compression. That's is very strange, as we're talking about a really basic feature, that the game cannot run without.

This has to be an issue either with the driver itself or a related windows issue. For example, a quick google search found this thread.

Perhaps you can find a workaround in some of these internet sources. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
