Game freezes on Windows 10

Unread postby Zovs » Tue Mar 02, 2021 8:33 pm

I just picked this up on sale at Steam, I got the basic game UoC II + the DLC Blitzkrieg.

It installed just fine and it launches. But I can't run any of the tutorials and when I started the Victory in the West Campaign, it went to 12.99 and just froze. Every time I try to run a Tutorial it freezes at 9.60 and I have to use the task manager to kill it.

I am running on Windows 10, with 16 GB of RAM and 2 CPU and have a 300 GB HDD.

How do you get this game to run on Windows 10 without always freezing up?

Here is some specs:

Hi, thx for reporting!

It seems that you are trying to run the game inside a virtual machine. I don't know if we support this, to be honest.

I suppose it depends on whether the virtual graphics driver is connecting your physical card with the game correctly, but I have no specific knowledge about how that works.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
