Unity of Command Forums

I have just noticed that there is a short historical description of all HQs, which can be seen during the conference stage. However, it appears only for a brief moment after activating and deactivating the upgrades tab of that HQ - right behind that tab. I guess the position of the description portion is wrong, so it gets hidden behind the HQ upgrades tab?

My screen resolution is 2560x1440; happens with any UI scaling setting.

Thx for reporting, a fix is on the way for this one.
