Fantastic scenario. Nice and complex with real trade offs between going for different routes.
Two thoughts:
1. It is great playing the Germans with only one attachment. It makes the units more specialized and hence more interesting. The 'King Tiger' unit becomes a unique queen on the chessboard and there is a real trade off between artillery and armor as the attachment to infantry (set piece attack vs better stats). As the allies, some of the time it just becomes a split between super units (elite + engineer, sherman, Special forces) and placeholders (regular with artillery etc)
2. Overrun becomes far too random due to the 50% cap. Sometimes the overrun luck matters more than any strategic choices. Maybe remove the cap in extremis? When facing a unit with only two hp and both suppressed it should be 80% or even 100%?
