I'm playing the non-historical scenario in the Campaign (Italy). But to play this scenario you need a ton of fuel and only 2 trucks are provided. Is there a way to purchase trucks with Prestige?

I don't think so. You can only get trucks thru:
1. Cards via capturing objectives
2. Purchasing cards on the strategic screen between complete sets of scenarios

If your HQ has enough range / points available then you can use the HQ to keep 1 - 2 units in supply manually.

Top tips:

1. Look carefully at the supply screen, and save your dumps for units that are not near the railways - e.g. through mountains, across rivers, bypassing blocked railroad hexes (enemy units or blown bridges)
2. Plan ahead - put your dumps up front as far as you safely can, to anticipate where your units will be and what the supply situation will look like at the end of the turn/start of the next (including fixed bridges)
3. Don't be afraid to cancel dumps in the deployment phase!
4. Don't be afraid to make 'free' bridges, and 'free' fixes in the deployment phase.
5. You can also move HQs forwards in the deployment phase after bridging
6. Don't forget to move your HQ forwards in the game as well - that often makes a huge difference!

PS2 - you can also increase your HQs supply range one of the cheaper upgrades available in the conferences

Good tips ... thanks... especially the options during the deployment phase.

PS3 - also in this scenario, most of your units will be moving not fighting, at least after the first couple of turns.
You can use this to your advantage by keeping non-fighting units on or near the railways.

The tricky parts are: The mountains in the left middle (and river behind), the mountains in the middle (to outflank Ancona), the defensive line before Rimini, and the bonus objective.
The trick to this is to always pick ways to bypass defenses, including bridging rivers and spotting the small roads and mountain passes that take you around the back of defense lines.

Scout specialists can be your friend
And, the Free French mountaineering unit is very useful

If you are still stuck, try the roads from Rome Scenario as a standalone. This is a little tougher on the Adriatic coast, but once you figure it out you will see how to prioritise supply and work the two halves of the battle together. Also, since you only have to get to Firenze, this is easier towards the end.
Rush for the Appennines is designed to be harder than normal - the alt history branch is a harder challenge.
