[BUG?] Game crashes on start scenario

First of all, if this isn’t the appropriate place let me know.

Currently i have issues with UOCII on Windows 10 (Amd processor, ATI Graphical card)

1 when i select single scenario’s or a campaign it crashes to desktop
2 tutorials seem to stop loading at 10.54

Any way to turn on some logging?

Hi, please post the logs as explained in "How to Report Bugs" post at the top of this subforum.

You should make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date.

On final thing, especially if it's an older card model: go to Options/Video and select a "Low" or "Medium" video quality preset. The default is "Very High" and some older cards just can handle.

My videocard drivers are as updated as possible. The card doesn't have new drivers from ATI anymore due to Windows 10 Ignore this. I updated to latest catalyst driver. Still same issue.

Processor:AMD Phenom II X4 940
Ram: 8GB
Videocard:AMD Radeon 6900 Series 2GB

Please go to Options/Video and set the video quality preset to "Low".

If that works, try higher settings until you figure out what the card can handle.

It still shouldn't be crashing like that, but this is due to the video driver.

Hey Tomislav.

I keep having the problems on all levels. I think my graphics card should be powerful enough. Any particular setting i should verify?

Is there a way to make the logging more verbose to see where it breaks?

Ps. In the meanwhile playing on other machine and enjoying the game!

From what I can see, AMD abandoned this card and is not updating the drivers.

I think there is nothing we can do. I will ask again tomorrow maybe our graphics programmer has further ideas, but I suspect there will be none.
