1. 64-bit only

2. We only sell UoC2 on Steam.

Cheers!

I would advise you to get UoC2 for steam. You can use steam only for this game, and steam also has a workshop feature included, so it is easier to share mods with the rest of the gaming community.

And UoC 2 is a great game. You can also get nice discounts for both the game and DLCs on steam. The next discount phase is coming soon, accompanying the Stalingrad DLC release.

I've yet to use any mod for UoC2, not sure the value.

I would like to see an in game system for importing user made scenarios.

But at this time, I just mod UOC I. I am working on a special 3D Nato counter mod (based on Gatto nato counter mod 2.0) + adding heavy mech arty, siberian soviet troops, Guard soviet units, Azul division, French waffen ss units, etc : I founded a good way to add new units in the DLC (without sacrifice no any vanilla units = only 100% new units). And same for specialists, new specialisty may be added, using slots that are present in base game and unused in DLC (but usuable with DLC, if you modify xml files)

I wasn't even aware you could buy a 32bit only PC in the last 10 years.

If i think of a mod that would be cool, I would think small. A Malta invasion, or Kasserine pass. Break down into battles where 1 or 2 step units are significant.
