Hey,
try to create a scenario from scratch.
but how to place a unit on the map?
cant see anythink where i can do this.

In Edit campaign properties you are adding units and HQs. For example fill HQ brief and super brief name, nationality and click Add campaign HQ. For unit fill unit name and chose unit type then click Add campaign unit. This process created them. To place them use place HQ/unit buttons. Make sure to place HQ before units. There are some Editor guides at Steam, make sure to check them out.
