Just started playing my first game, Advance to Antwerp, so sorry if basic question.

Why would my unit be out of supply, when it is next to supply dump and in supply view it has normal white/red bar like other units that are in supply.

Appreciate any help.

The white red bar tells you what the chances are of a unit in that hex being supplied on any given turn. This is called disruption. So if its 50% red, there is a 50% chance of the unit not being supplied.

This is where emergency supply from your HQs comes in handy.
