[RT] Operation Mars

I upload in the Community Scenarios "Operation Mars " after many variants i think this is the best. At last I decided to include the Velikie-Luki sector to add more chance for the Soviet Player and more wide battlefield for alternative strategy.
Every feedback is well accepted !
