Reinstalled Program Won't Start

I'm attempting to install Unity of Command on a new Mac. I can download the program, load it into applications, but when I try to launch it I get a dialogue that says: Unity of Command Error. It gives buttons for "Open Console" and "Terminate."
I've tried downloading new and launching about 5 times with the same result each time. How can I get the game to launch??

Hi, thanks for reporting.
1) what is the OS version of your new Mac?
2) are you installing the latest version of the game (Unity_of_Command_MAC_v104a.dmg)?

The operating system is OS 10, 10.8.2.
The version of Unity of Command that Matrix Games provided me a link to download is 101. Is it possible for you to provide me a link to 104?

Yes, 1.01 might not work with OS X 10.8, you need to upgrade to the latest version (currently 1.04a).
To everyone experiencing a similar issue and reading this: please make sure you've upgraded to the latest version first. Even if you didn't buy at our site directly, we will upgrade you if needed, see here for the procedure:
