MAC: Buttons stop working if alt-tab out

Am running into an issue with buttons in game stop working if I have alt-tabbed out of the game. Effectively stops game play.

Are you playing in full screen or window? Also, are we talking about the main menu buttons or you're actually in the game with units etc?
