Re: Sequels?
I'd love an East-Asian theater of war expansion, because it hasn't been similarily overdone as the ETO. And I guess it also has some great battles that could be used for building scenarios. Mainland China would be a good choice, I guess. You could even start in 1937 or so (with the start of full-sca...

General Suggestion: Merchandise! (T-Shirts)
Hey, I'd love to see Unity of Command merch, especially T-shirts, because the designs are so awesome. Maybe you could make some additional money with that and this way fans could show their love for the game publicly!

Re: Any news on the expansion?
I think we'll do it like we did for the Mac version: simply put a limited number of keys for sale on the site, clearly marked as "BETA" keys. I'll keep an eye open for the announcement :ugeek: Cheers Me too! I'm craving for more UoC-scenarios. Been replaying the original campaign over and...

Re: Any news on the expansion?
Yeah, elite units are balanced in most scenarios by the strict turn limits. You often simply don't have enough time to take advantage of their superiority, because some weak enemy units suffice to block your path (you can't get indefinite overruns, attacks often suppress some steps of your units).

Re: Any news on the expansion?
Sounds pretty awesome. Using GIS for the campaign maps is pretty cool (shows that you're aiming for accuracy, both historical and geographical).

Re: New player - any way to zoom in + other questions
I think NATO symbology in a WWII game makes no sense, I prefer Unity of Command's look to Gary Grigsby's WITE. Simply makes games hard to decipher for normal gamers, and would definitely reduce the accessibility and attractiveness to gamers new to the turn based strategy genre. But it could make sen...

Re: BUGFIX RELEASE: 1.03pre2 (was 1.03pre1)
Didn't notice bugs so far. BTW, will the unwillingness of the AI to recapture lost supply depots also be fixed in future patches? It can be exploited pretty good (for example in the Stalingrad scenario).
