Not sure about Pacific War, as the naval and air component is important there...and it is quite abstract in UoC2

I am shocked that the beta is starting today, and the game is going to release, less than a week from now.

Fair point. Perhaps there is a fort on the coast. Which should make landing difficult.

I do not know, maybe it can be considered by the devs for a fix. I personally, never had that card for MG.

Hopefully, they ll add the third path.

Maybe yscenario based on hypothetical ARMPIT? Amphibious landing on eastern Adriatic coast? And then after successful landing, you get Ljubljana gap scenario? Or directly on Zagreb.

It should be deliberate. There was no naval support during MG, which made any amphibious landing impossible.

So, when HQ gets upgraded to motorized unit, what is the consequence. How much further unit can move then? And for how many turns the ability lasts? The manual does not talk about them in detail. Could use some explanation beyond what the game already provides. Case in point: recon. Do any special rules apply to it? Recon in particular has more movement points. Also it is good to add them to tanks with other specialists, as recon gets destroyed...

Sorry, Tomislav, but I think you made a mistake here. Let say that you go and gamble, and fail...there should be a possibility to go back to historical campaign, as the Allies would get required supplies to continue the fight. Italy was quite important. Or just make few more scenarios in the future ...

Slippr, have you ever consider how it is to attack the city (where soldiers are fortified), or even worse the ruin, with tanks? Just check on Cassino, and you will see what kind of nightmare this is.
