For modding, I actually find it quite easy to change the unit strength/movement values at least. For Steam version: Just go to Steam > Steamapps> common > Unity of Command > dlc > blackturn > data, then edit the unit_types or powerups file. As far as I know the Sherman was a pretty good tank. The 75 mm Sherman has the advantage of better turret layout over the T-34-76. The 76 mm gunned Shermans were at least on par with the T-34-85s. Will the AI be able to go on the offensive in the future? In most scenarios right now it is very defensive, with the exception of some custom scenarios delicately crafted to force it to attack (e.g. Zitadelle-Kutuzov).

Soviet Infantry Bug or Change?

Now, if I recall correctly, Soviet infantry has always had a value of 2 for defense. However I opened the game recently and saw that the defense value is now 3.

Was I just confused? Was it always 3 all along, or is this a bug or some change I can't remember?
