Re: Impossible to start the game

You are right, I just checked on my 100% fully updated machine and I am also getting 19041. I made a note to investigate, possibly this a bug in Python version 3.8 that we are using. Perhaps it's time to move on from that version. That brings us no closer to solving the issue though. I have n...

Re: Impossible to start the game

Hi, your Nvidia driver is up to date but your Windows is 4 major versions behind (19041, May 2020 update). Latest Nvidia drivers can cause problems when used with older Windows versions. The error reported in the log is consistent with this. I would recommend updating Windows to the latest (November...

Re: Linux crash, KeyError

Hi, from the report it looks like one of the game files is missing.

Perhaps try doing a "verify local files" from Steam and see if it helps.

Cheers!

Re: Win11 - cx_Freeze Crash on Dragoon Final Turn

Hi, thanks for reporting!

We have already fixed this issue, and the fixed version is live in the beta branch on Steam.

It should be made live for all users on Steam by Monday at the latest when the new DLC releases.

Cheers!

Re: UOC MAC OS Instructions

Hi Greg, the standalone version is a 32-bit executable that won't work on the latest Mac OSs. There is a 64-bit version on Steam that will run on Monterey. If you bought the game here on the site, you can get Steam keys to activate the game there, just follow the instructions in the emails you recei...

Re: UoCII for iPad?

Hi, we are not looking at iPad at this time. It would be a reasonably big investment to port the game over the OS, and the experience with other premium games (e.g. from Slitherine) has not been stellar on the platform. If this somehow changes, we will re-asses. Sorry for the late reply, we were on ...

Re: Possible bug on RCT card

I will be double checking this, thanks for reporting.

Sorry for the late reply, we were on a busy schedule given how close we decided to release Stalingrad DLC after Moscow.

Cheers!

Re: Game crashes on custom scenario edit attempt

Hi, not sure if I replied to this already but: you have changed a bonus objective (kill unit) to a primary. This is a known issue with the editor, one I am looking to fix in this update. In the meantime, you can manually fix the scenario by editing the file objectives.yml. Remove all content and lea...
