Multiplayer questions
I haven't seen much about the multiplayer and have some questions: 1) What are the game options and available scenarios? 2) Do both players have to be online at the same time? 3) What if one player temporarily loses internet connection in the middle of a game? Is the game lost or can it be returned ...

Re: Future directions? Extra content, expansions, editor etc
I haven't tried the multiplayer yet but I'm sure multiplayer skirmish style, where the player buys and deploys the units on balanced maps would be fun.

Re: Future directions? Extra content, expansions, editor etc
I will look forward to future developments.
How would the game play out in a general versus mode (single-player)? With two armies placed at either side of a freshly-created map with some starting prestige points to buy units and perhaps point-giving objective hexes on the map?

Future directions? Extra content, expansions, editor etc.
What are the future directions for Unity of Command regarding extra content, new campaigns, expansions, a scenario editor and suchlike?

Re: No move take back & no saves?
I think in UoC doing things the campaign way is less important than in something like P*nzer C*rps where you create your own army to your own preference, take it through the campaign and choose how it is deployed in each scenario. In UoC the campaign aspect is much simpler in that it just seems to c...

Re: No move take back & no saves?
Okay, well in a way it's turned out lucky that I made my error in this scenario then, as I won't be getting either of the top two victory targets. My comments still stand about the need, I feel, for a revision of the auto-save system. There should at least be an option to quit the game without savin...

Re: No move take back & no saves?
Yes, I'm aware that campaign scenarios can be restarted. Stalingrad's a long scenario, though, and I don't fancy re-playing a few hours of gameplay. If I go back to the game I'll probably finish the Stalingrad scenario as it is, abandon the campaign and play the remaining scenarios as individual on...

Re: No move take back & no saves?
Thanks for being swift and up front with your response. I usually buy games after the first patch or so has been released when the teething problems have been resolved. As I said, I feel the inability to make saves, or even exit the program without auto-saving, benefits nobody and is something that ...

Re: No move take back & no saves?
In fact, i've decided to give up on Unity of Command until a future patch comes out which includes an orthodox saving system (and cheat codes), which I feel it will inevitably end up doing. The potential for frustration is too great with the current status quo as the only way to exit a game without ...
