Just downloaded this mod thanks but cannot seem to get it to work - any help please ?

I have read the manual and that says T=Toolbox but when I do that i get a the terrain outline of the map?

I am trying to make the icons into the figures on the map and cannot seem to find the right button to do so!

I have done a search on here but to no avail.
