By previous version, I mean anything pre Black Turn DLC (haven't been playing for a while). Well, the cursor flickers constantly and it didn't happen in previous version. I also have the latest video drivers (AMD) and mouse drivers (Logitech), running Windows Seven x64 Professional Edition.

Thanks for the reply. I have actually bought the game now even with that price difference, because the game is simply amazing and the developers deserve that money. Still I think it's fairer to apply the same price to different countries when taxes and laws permit it. Thanks again.
