Got my Steam key in the mail this morning, worked a treat. Thank you.

Our deal with Steam is only for keys to customers who bought directly from unityofcommand.net.

If you're a forum regular though, drop an email to support. I've got a few press keys I can spare. Include your proof of purchase (including the game key) and mention your forum nickname.

EDIT: will also send to people from Matrix Games forums if that was unclear.

Let me thank too, it's great to see developers who care about their customers. Too many devs nowadays (e.g. Basilisk, Stardock) leave their old customer in cold water when they get on Steam... Thanks again!

Dumb question, but where can I find my game key to register on Steam? I bought directly from the developer. Is there a way to look it up in the store or is it in game somewhere? Thanks.

It came with your confimation email when you bought the game. You should try searching within your email.

If you can't find it, email support, we can look for it in our records.

Well, then I will have to buy it a second time to have it on steam, I'll wait until it's on sale.

Ah, too bad. but understandable of course nevertheless, thanks for doing this for your customers. this is always apreciated, even if i cannot benefit from it

I bought my copy from Gamersgate.com. Does that mean I am ineligible for a Steam key?
