Enjoying U of C. Great game, best I have played in years!

Cannot download user generated scenarios. I an using windows 8.1? Have all three games.

What app to I need to use to down load scenarios?

Hi- you find and download the scenarios by clicking on "Community Scenarios" at the top of this page.

Each scenario is a .usc file, so you just copy the .usc file you've downloaded to your User Scenarios directory. This is where you find it:
